Production Times
All of our products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and supports independent artists.
- Standard production time: 2–7 business days
- Production times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment partner producing your order.
Canada & USA
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after production
Some items may arrive sooner, especially within Canada
United Kingdom
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after production
International Orders
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after production. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers
Shipping Costs & Multiple Shipments
We work with multiple print and fulfillment partners. Because of this:
- Items in the same order may ship separately
- Shipping costs are calculated by product type and quantity
- Orders containing different product types (for example, a t-shirt and a hoodie) may incur separate shipping charges
All shipping rates are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Partners
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped using trusted carriers, including but not limited to: Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, and Other regional or international carriers
Carrier selection depends on the fulfillment location and destination.
Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
- If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages
- Replacements or reshipments require a new order and payment
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price

- Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside of our control
